I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean but felt more like a family room than a suite. The bathroom was superior to the standard room, and the hotel offered a pool with a lovely sea view, although it had a bit of a dated feel. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic for exploring the East side of the island, with the caves of Drach nearby. The staff surprised my wife with a birthday letter and a lovely bracelet, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bar staff, especially Carolina, were excellent. Although the entertainment was just okay, I still highly recommend this hotel, especially the upgraded suite.
